1 1/2oz Rittenhouse Rye 1/2oz Clear Creek 2-year Apple Brandy 1/2oz Cardamom-Infused St-Germain 1/2tsp Demerara Gum Syrup 2/5dash Miracle Mile Celery Bitters 1 Grapefruit Twist

Method

Stir all the ingredients over ice, then strain into an Old-Fashioned glass over 1 large ice cube. Express the grapefruit twist over the drink and place it into the glass.
