1 Vieux Pontarlier Absinthe 1 1/2oz Clear Creek 8-year Apple Brandy 3/4oz Redbreast 12-year Irish Whiskey 1/4oz Honey Syrup 1dash Angostura Bitters 3dash Peychaud's Bitters

Method

Rinse a chilled Old-Fashioned glass with absinthe and dump. Stir the remaining ingredients over ice, then strain into the glass. No garnish.
