1 Vieux Pontarlier Absinthe 1 1/2oz Rittenhouse Rye 1/2oz Pierre Ferrand 1840 Cognac 1tsp Demerara Gum Syrup 1dash Angostura Bitters 1 Lemon Twist 4dash Peychaud's Bitters

Method

Rinse an Old-Fashioned glass with absinthe and dump. Stir the remaining ingredients over ice, then strain into the glass. Express the lemon twist over the drink and discard.
