2oz Famous Grouse Scotch 33/100oz Honey Syrup 33/100oz House Ginger Syrup 3 Islay Scotch 1 Candied Ginger On A Skewer 3/4oz Lemon Juice

Method

Shake all the ingredients with ice, then strain into a double Old-Fashioned glass over 1 large ice cube. Mist the top of the drink with the scotch, then garnish with the candied ginger.
