1 1/2oz Manzanilla Sherry 1/2oz St-Germain 1/4oz Suze 1/2oz Fusion Napa Valley Verjus Blanc 1/5dash Salt Solution 3oz Normandy Sparkling Apple Cider 5 Thin Apple Slices On A Skewer 1/4oz Lemon Juice

Method

Combine all the ingredients (except the cider) in a wineglass. Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir until chilled. Top with the cider and stir gently to combine. Garnish with the apple slices.
