Build

1oz Bushmills Original Irish Whiskey 1/2oz Giffard Crème De Pêche De Vigne 1/2oz House Ginger Syrup 3 1/2oz Cold Blanche De Bruxelles Beer (or Another Wheat Beer) 1 Lime Wheel 1/2oz Lime Juice

Method

Shake all the ingredients (except the beer) with ice, then strain into a large chilled fizz glass. Pour in the beer, then garnish with the lime wheel.
