1oz Aylesbury Duck Vodka 1 1/2oz Bailey’s Irish Cream 1oz Kahlúa Coffee Liqueur 3 Vanilla Or Coffee Ice Cream 1 Finely Grated Dark Chocolate

Method

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into a Collins glass and serve with a straw and long spoon. Garnish with grated dark chocolate.
