2 1/2oz Water 1 1/2oz Milk-Washed Rum 1/2oz Giffard Vanille De Madagascar 1/2oz Simple Syrup 1/8tsp Phosphoric Acid Solution 1/5dash Terra Spice Root Beer Extract
Method

Chill all the ingredients. Combine them in a carbonation bottle, charge with CO2, and gently shake to help dissolve the CO2 into the liquid (see this page for setup and general carbonation instructions). Place the bottle in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes before opening. To serve, carefully pour into a Highball glass with ice.
