1 1/2oz Madras Curry–Infused Gin 3/4oz House Coconut Cream 1/4oz Blume Marillen Apricot Eau-de-vie 1/4oz Rothman & Winter Apricot Liqueur 1tsp Giffard Crème De Pêche 1tsp House Ginger Syrup 1 Orange Twist 3/4oz Lime Juice

Method

Stir all the ingredients over ice, then strain into a double Old-Fashioned glass over 1 large ice cube. Express the orange twist over the drink, then gently rub it around the rim of the glass and place it into the drink.
