1oz Dupont Pays D’Auge Original Calvados 1/2oz Wyoming Whiskey 1/4oz Laird’s 100-proof Straight Apple Brandy 1/4oz Blume Marillen Apricot Eau-de-vie 1tsp Demerara Gum Syrup 1dash House Orange Bitters 1 Orange Twist

Method

Stir all the ingredients over ice, then strain into a double Old-Fashioned glass over 1 large ice cube. Express the orange twist over the drink, then gently rub it around the rim of the glass and place it into the drink.
