1 Pernod Absinthe 1 1/2oz Sour Cherry–Infused Rittenhouse Rye 1/2oz Clear Creek 2-year Apple Brandy 1tsp Demerara Gum Syrup 2dash Pernod Absinthe 1 Brandied Cherry On A Skewer 2dash Peychaud's Bitters

Method

Rinse a chilled Old-Fashioned glass with absinthe and dump. Stir the remaining ingredients over ice, then strain into the glass. Garnish with the cherry.
