1 Peach Wedge 1 1/2oz Lillet Rosé 1/2oz Pierre Ferrand Ambre Cognac 1tsp Laphroaig 10-year Scotch 3/4oz Giffard Crème De Pêche 1/4oz Simple Syrup 1 Peach Wedge 3/4oz Lemon Juice

Method

In a shaker, muddle the peach. Add the remaining ingredients and shake with ice, then double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with the peach wedge.
