1oz Cimarrón Blanco Tequila 1oz Dolin Blanc Vermouth 1/4oz Giffard Blue Curaçao 3/4oz Fresh Pineapple Juice 1/4oz Simple Syrup 1 Grapefruit Wedge 1/4oz Giffard Creme de Pamplemousse 3/4oz Lime Juice

Method

Shake all the ingredients with ice, then strain into a Collins glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with the grapefruit wedge.
